HiiT CIRCUITS IS HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING…

Short bursts of high intensity exercise using different exercises to work on weight loss, toning the arms, legs and core…

It will involve bodyweight, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, cardio stations as well as using our new crossfit rig to get the most out of the 30 minute class, burning tons of calories in a short space of time!
